I had a great experience with Paul Auto. From start to finish, they made the entire repair process seamless and stress-free. They worked directly with my insurance company, allowing me to be completely hands-off, which I truly appreciated. Their reputation speaks for itself—they run a clean, professional operation, and their workmanship is top-tier. Every single part of my car was repaired to perfection, with zero errors. The paintwork was flawless, and the clear coat had a beautiful finish. What really stood out was their exceptional customer service. After the repair, I noticed a noise in my suspension and brought my car back, thinking it might be related to the accident. They inspected it for free, took detailed photos, and even advised me on what to show my mechanic to ensure I wouldn’t be overcharged for unnecessary repairs. That level of honesty and care is rare in the auto industry, and it gave me so much peace of mind. I left very satisfied and will absolutely return if I ever need bodywork again. If you’re looking for a shop that does 5 star work, values its customers, and goes the extra mile, Paul Auto is the place to go

Best quality work in Illinois! Professional and very friendly body shop! Loved the work that they did on my 2022 Lexus GX. The quality is so good looks better than the day it came out of the showroom! Thank you!

I had another outstanding experience at Paul Auto Repair. From the moment I walked in, the team demonstrated a level of professionalism that instantly put me at ease. Their knowledge of automotive issues is impressive - they took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed for my vehicle, ensuring I understood every step of the process. What truly sets them apart is their friendly and approachable demeanor. They made the whole experience enjoyable, transforming what is often a stressful situation into a positive one. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt like I was talking to friends rather than just mechanics. The quality of work was top-notch, and I left knowing my vehicle was in great hands. I highly recommend Paul Auto Repair Inc. to anyone in need of reliable and efficient auto services. Thank you Paweł, you are simply the best!
